Aaron Kalb attended and played ball at Rutgers University from 2001-2005. He was a member of the 1st place Big East team in 2003. They earned a trip to the FSU regional, where Aaron earned his lone start against the #1 ranked Florida State University team. Aaron signed his first professional contract in 2006 with the Traverse City Beach Bums of the Frontier League. He continued playing for the St. George Roadrunners, New Haven County Cutters, Alexandria Aces, El Paso Diablos and Newark Bears. In Alexandria, Aaron was selected as an All-Star as the team won the Continental League championship. While playing, Aaron also earn his Masters Degree in Statistics. After retiring Aaron continued to coach collegiate baseball. Aaron received his first coaching job as the Pitching Coach at County College of Morris, before moving into the Head Coach role at Raritan Valley CC. Aaron was also the Recruiting Coordinator/Pitching Coach at previous Division II Oklahoma Panhandle State University before moving to teaching and coaching high school. Aaron is the current co-owner and Director of Baseball Operations of the collegiate summer baseball team, the Jersey Pilots, in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League He is currently teaching at Marshall High School and working with Prime Time Baseball in Alexandria as a pitching instructor.
